CAPTAIN:                      Alexandros Raftopoulos.

Alexandros has full filled his academic studies, leading to a Coastal Skipper and the Yacht Master Certificate Diplomas in Southampton, England. Moreover, in Greece he has acquired the diploma of Merchant Marine Officer, from the Greek National Maritime Academy. From family trade during the past 15 years Alexandros has intergraded the skills of various techniques ranging from crew selection and management to supervising on - board luxurious services and of celebratory charters throughout the Greek islands and the Mediterranean waters comes all natural as his love and devotion to the profession. The combination of the S/Y CALLISTO and Alexandro's historical knowledge of Greece transform any trip to an unforgettable adventure through time.

 

FIRST MATE:                  Vagelis Karapanos

                                    Vagelis is 18 year expertise in every Olympic class boat in conjunction with his 5 year sailing experience on board the S/Y CALLISTO, surfaces his aptitudes regarding his sailing abilities. Some of the highlights of his career include silver medals in the 470, Star and Soling classes, the 500 years of Columbus Transatlantic Race. Furthermore, an enthusiastic personality that captivates guest's with his willingness to materialize their every request.       

 

DECK

ASSISTANT:                   George Vougioukas

                                    George has a total working knowledge of more than 5 years in the maintenance area, specialized in sailing yachts. Additionally, through his favorite activity he has managed to accumulate vast experience in the field. Versatility on both decks, upper and lower, suggests his fine cooperation together with the cook in areas of food preparation and service.

 

COOK/

STEWARDESS:               Konstandina Samara

                                    Dina's experience in the culinary arts combines marvelously with the sailing yacht. She is actively involved for the past 6 years and her creativity allows her to introduce to guests the traditional Greek and Mediterranean cuisine in combination with international dishes. Her joyful personality is responsible that everything below deck is always impeccably clean and neat.

 

 

Note: Although the individual crew age does not exceed 40, professionalism and guest's leisure orientation is certified by seminars provided from Hilton International Hotels and Resorts in English language.
