George has worked as Cadet Officer on cargo ships. He was 2^nd Officer for a year on the M/S ELEFTHERIA in 1989. Then spent three years on the 82ft Sailing yacht JULES VERNE. He returned to ELEFTHERIA in 1993 and has been with her since. He is now in command of the vessel and is fully certified Captain.

George is an experienced water-skier and takes pleasure in teaching guests to ski. He is a pleasant and easy-going person always by the side of guests. He enjoys free diving, listening to music and reading.

Chef: Michalis Tsoukatos, Greek, 51 years old married with two children. His passion for the sea made Michalis turned to cooking on yachts. For many years he has worked on various cargo and tanker ships. For the past 22 years he worked as chef on various cruise ships and the last 2 years on both professional and private yachts. Michalis enjoys traveling. He specializes in both Greek and International cuisine.

He speaks English and Spanish fluently and he will surely fulfill your gastronomic needs.

Steward: Michalis Pendelis, Greek, 30, single, for the past years he has worked on various private and professional yachts. He holds a certificate in scuba diving. His hobbies are swimming, free diving and scuba diving. Michalis speaks conversational English.
