Chef: John Karatzis is 53 years old, Greek. He is married with two children, and a happy grandfather. Since 1959 he has been the chef of several cruiser and private yachts. He enjoys the culinary arts, International and Italian cuisine and loves preparing little surprises, presenting his specialties in a most individual way. He speaks English and Italian and enjoys crossword puzzles and chess.
Engineer: Konstantinos Fraggis is 33 years old, Greek. He is married. After attending High School, he graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy and holds a 2nd degree in Engineering. Costa has in total 13 years of experience at sea, of which 5 years has been spent on cargo ships and the last 5 years on private motor yachts. He speaks English fluently and he enjoys everything that has to do with the sea, swimming and reading.
Steward: Ioannis Sgardelis is 55 years old, Greek. He is married with three children. Yannis, as he is called, has been in the marine industry for the past 24 years having acquired his experience by working on various big cruisers and mega yachts as steward. He speaks conversational English.
