Captain: Nikolas Panou was born in 1967. He is married and has one child. He holds a Captain's Certificate and he has lengthy experience since 1982 (most recently on M/Y PENELOPE, M/Y AEGEAN SPIRIT, M/Y DELMAR, M/Y ADMIRAL, M/Y LA STELLA). He is an English speaker. He loves the sea and in his spare time enjoys fishing and traveling. His experience together with his nice personality and his professionalism makes him an important addition to our team.

Chef: George Mamis was born in 1968 and is married. He is a graduate of the Tourist School of Corfu. He used to be the owner of a restaurant in South Africa and a café in Athens. He has also worked as chef in several hotels and most recently onboard M/Y Almea. He speaks fluent English. He is very polite, good at public relations and in combination with his professionalism & experience, this makes him the ideal person to fulfill guest's culinary requirements. He enjoys playing chess, golf & making wood sculptures.
